On December 14, 2022, the head of the Civil and Industrial Safety Department of NAU Batyr Khalmuradov, within the framework of the course introduced at NAU on pre-medical care conducted a training session on the subject “Basic principles for providing pre-medical care to persons in case of emergency" for applicants for higher education and teachers of the Faculty of Law.
“Under the conditions of a full-scale Russian invasion, the knowledge and skills to provide pre-medical care to the population have become even more relevant, because today it can save lives without overstatement ... You can attend three practical lessons, which will be held every Wednesday at 15.00 free of charge, during which the answers to the question "What to do?", "How to behave in extreme situations?" will be given,” said the teacher.
During the first training, the participants mastered a set of pre-medical measures aimed at saving and preserving the life of the victim before the arrival of a medical worker, as well as theoretical material on:
the concepts of "health", "disease", "domestic care", and "emergency condition";
tasks and general principles for medical care;
persons who must provide medical care;
obligations of citizens of Ukraine upon detection of a person in an emergency;
first aid for bruises, fractures, burns, concussions, and the like.
At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate.
