On September 19, 2022, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Aviation University represented by Rector Maxym Lutsky, and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine represented by Chairman Oleksiy Salnikov.
The State Judicial Administration of Ukraine is a state body in the justice system that provides organizational and financial support for the activities of the judiciary within the powers established by law and at the same time is a stakeholder of the Faculty of Law, in the framework of cooperation with which applicants for higher education have the opportunity to undergo professional and legal practice in district courts of the city and attend court hearings in the study of academic disciplines: "Civil Procedure", "Economic Procedure", "Administrative Litigation", and the like.
During the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation in the following areas:
- cooperation in joint scientific projects, exchange of results, as well as by scientists and specialists involved in the implementation of such projects;
- scientific, organizational, and educational work within the framework of joint events; - exchange of information on practices, legislation, and programs relating to cooperation and access to scientific information contained in electronic libraries and collections of scientific works;
- preparation of joint publications of the results of scientific research;
- preparation and holding of national and international conferences on important scientific problems;
- organizing the activities of creative teams of teachers and employees of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine for the preparation of textbooks and manuals and the creation of new scientific journals.
“The signed Memorandum is the result of a unified approach to improving the quality of training specialists in the specialty 081 “Law” and 262 “Law Enforcement”, creating conditions for the realization of the intellectual potential of young people and their professional implementation in the future. We are proud that our cooperation is becoming more and more extensive,” said Iryna Sopilko, Dean of the Faculty of Law.
