From June 20 to 26, 2022, on the basis of the Interinstitutional Agreement for 2020-2023 between the National Aviation University and the University of Saarland, teachers of the English-language project of the Faculty of Law Kateryna Vodolaskova and Oksana Myronets visited the European Institute of Saarland University (Germany) under Mobility Erasmus +.
One of the priority tasks of this visit was to participate in the training of English-speaking students who arrived at the European Institute. During the ERASMUS + contractual program, its participants Daryna Shykeryava, Yulia Ryabokon, Olena Kovrygina, Yulia Shiyan, Victoria Sokolvak worthily represented the NAU's Faculty of Law during participation in seminars, round tables and discussion platforms on geopolitical changes in the international world. human rights and freedoms, implementation of international treaties, etc., giving presentations, reports and providing arguments when discussing current issues of public international law.
At the invitation of the Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Projects of the European Institute of the University of Saarland Mareike Froilich, researchers participated in a colloquium on "Accession or Exit from the European Union", presenting the historical background of Ukraine's pro-European orientation. in the European space.
As part of the exchange of experience in teaching international public law and information law, Oksana Myronets and Kateryna Vodolaskova also took an active part in Jean Monnet seminars organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Saarland for school leavers. , structure and organization of library business. The issues of future Ukrainian-European cooperation and ERASMUS+ events, which will be able to open opportunities for students and teachers of the faculty, were discussed with the President of the European Institute, Dr. Thomas Giegerich.
