On June 10, 2022, Seda Akulinina, a private executor of the Kyiv Executive District, held a workshop for first-year students on "Specifics of the activity of state executive service bodies and private executors during martial law."
As part of the general topic of Professional Familiarization Practices on the general characteristics of the main legal professions, future lawyers got acquainted with the legal framework governing the activities of bodies and individuals aimed at enforcement, namely: the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings", The Law of Ukraine "On bodies and persons carrying out enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies", the Instruction on the organization of enforcement of decisions, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from 02.04.2012 № 512/5.
The private executor revealed the specifics of the activities of the state executive service and private executors during martial law, as well as in a perceptible form highlighted step-by-step algorithm required for private activities: internships, training in special courses to gain knowledge in the field of enforcement court decisions and decisions of other bodies, stages of the exam, the process of obtaining a certificate of private executor, compliance with the requirements established by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (requirements for the premises of a private executor, taking into account the specifics of activities;
The meeting ended with a discussion of the mechanism and key stages of developing effective measures for the development of the institute of private performers.
