On June 9, 2022, a series of practical webinars by detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) began, which includes members of the Research Center for Anti-Corruption in Transport and Aerospace, researchers and students of the Faculty of Law.
This project was implemented jointly with Online Law School.
Despite the fact that the topic of the first webinar was about NABU's work during the war, NABU Detectives Head Volodymyr Vasylchuk answered not only questions about the investigation of war crimes and directing funds to the Armed Forces, but also about his profession and forensic IT laboratory. The speaker also stressed the problems of compliance with the deadlines of criminal proceedings in the top anti-corruption proceedings during the war, outlined the problems during the export of criminal proceedings, spoke about the peculiarities of prosecution in criminal proceedings during martial law.
The participation of higher education students in such webinars has a positive effect on the formation of legal competencies of future lawyers, helps to gain additional knowledge and skills, to see the possibility of their application in practice.
The organizers invite everyone to join this project, because until June 16 you can still register and participate in a series of practical webinars, which will last until October 2022. Those who missed the first meeting can watch the video, which will be posted on the NABU YouTube channels (https://cutt.ly/yJXssoL) and OLS (https://cutt.ly/qJXsgAi).
