On May 20, 2022, the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law of the Faculty of Law held a webinar on the topic "Use of forensic instruments in the activities of business entities" under the program of events dedicated to the Day of Science.
The event was moderated by Nadiya Armash - Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Deputy Director of a separate structural unit of the state enterprise "Information Judicial Systems" "Center for Forensic Science and Expert Research".
For graduate students and graduates, the speaker highlighted the types of expertise in the activities of economic entities, outlined the main approaches to the implementation of forensic activities, due to international experience in regulating such activities, the practice of forensic examinations, the practice of forensic institutions, the legal status, rights and responsibilities of forensic experts, forensic expert institutions are revealed, the peculiarities of drawing up an opinion by a forensic expert are analyzed.
There was a lively discussion between the participants, during which Nadiya Armash answered the questions of the audience, which mainly concerned current issues, namely the correct recording of evidence of damaged or destroyed property during hostilities, compensation for damage caused to business due to Russian military aggression.
