March 20, 2013 by the department of air, space and ecological law of the Legal institute the scientific-methodical seminar was conducted on a theme: «Methodological aspects of teaching professional disciplines specialization “Transport Law” in the NAU».

The seminar was attended by: Volodymyr Lipkan - Doctor of Law, Professor, The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the global alliance Leadership Academy of Higher Education of Ukraine, Dmitriy Vorotniy - lecturer in economic and legal disciplines at the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine, Oleksiy Kapustynskiy - executive Director of the Ukrainian pilots union, Tetyana Malyarchuk - Ph.D., Associate Professor, The Head of the department of criminal law and procedure at the Kyiv International University, Elizabeth Reshetnyk – senior lecturer of the department of civil and criminal law at the European University, Katerina Voytenko - lawyer, "FOP Voitenko K.V." and management of the Judicial Institute.
Participants discussed the problems of adaptation and of teaching to meet the requirements of the Bologna process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine, methodological aspects of teaching courses for specialists and masters specialization "Transport Law", methodology combining students' knowledge and skills acquired during training followed by practical work in aviation and so on.
By the results of the workshop the participants concluded that the current stage of development of education requires radical changes in the educational process in universities, the use in innovation teacher of such technologies, methods and tools that would facilitate the implementation of intellectual and spiritual potential students.
