On April 28, 2022, a meeting with the Head of Legal Support of the Central Interregional Directorate of the State Migration Service in Kyiv and Kyiv region Andriy Leleko was held for higher education applicants for higher education 262 "Law Enforcement".
Andriy Leleko is a member of the Board of Employers of the Law Faculty of NAU and the Faculty Stakeholder.
The head of the Office spoke about the necessary knowledge that the applicant needs to have a position in this service, the peculiarities of performing their duties by employees of the migration service. Separately focused on the peculiarities of the migration service during martial law and gave a number of examples from their activities to prevent illegal migration.
“The migration service workers should be particularly vigilant to comply with the laws of Ukraine during martial law. The fact is that a considerable number of people now change their place of residence, and the migration service must carefully keep records of both internally and external distorted persons. As for the last category of persons, here the migration employees carry out their activities in cooperation with the employees of the border service, ”Andrey Leleko said.
At the end of the meeting, Andriy Leleko answered numerous students' questions about what normative acts should be paid to the preparation for passing the commission when hiring and what knowledge should have a candidate for participation in the competition.
