Scholars have re-evaluated and rethought the concept of law, taking into account qualitative and quantitative changes, as well as external factors of influence, especially in times of military aggression. It is emphasized that the law of today needs a new ontological, epistemological, axiological knowledge, as the impact of military aggression radically changes its external expression and interpretation. An important issue that was summarized at the scientific-practical seminar was the issue of changing the law in the context of the philosophy of legal understanding.
"The disciplines of" Philosophy of Law "and" Comparative Jurisprudence "play an integral role in the training of future lawyers and the formation of their legal knowledge, taking into account the changing external factors influencing law and the challenges of today due to military aggression," – the head of the Department Svitlana Golovko noted, summing up the round table.
