In today's context, speech is no longer just words. It has become a dangerous weapon, a civic position and a genuine signal of courage and independence.
Its ringing in the world, social media and from the mouths of our first-year students is testament to this. In particular, on 27 April 2022, 1st year law students took part in an online essay competition on the theme "Mother tongue is a representation of the borders of statehood", where they expressed their most sincere feelings and respect for their native Ukrainian language. They also noted the importance of supporting all those who are just learning to speak Ukrainian.
According to the decision of the jury, consisting of the Dean of the Faculty, Iryna Sopilko, the winners were:
1st place - Natalia Krupennikova
2nd place - Yana Temchenko, Maria Grischuk, Alina Zayats
3rd place - Maryana Denisyuk, Victoria Kozyr
We are proud and warmly congratulate our winners! They are true role models!
