For this purpose, in January 2022, research and teaching staff of the Faculty of Law conducted career guidance activities in general secondary education institutions of Kyiv, Volyn and Zhytomyr regions.
Thus, on January 17, 2022, Anastasia Sukhodolska, a senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, held an online career guidance meeting on the ZOOM platform with 11th grade students of Obolon Kyiv. The importance of the legal profession in the country and the world was discussed with future entrants. "In order to master the relevant knowledge and skills, there is a need for quality higher legal education, which is provided within the walls of the National Aviation University. In particular, at the Faculty of Law students have the opportunity to communicate and interact with high-level professionals, learn a foreign language, participate in the work of structural units and be an active participant in student government organizations, "said Anastasia Sukhodolska.
On January 18, 2022, the Head of the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law Lyubov Netska held an online meeting with students of the 9th grade of the Lyceum № 10 in Kovel, Volyn region, during which the role and importance of law in the state were discussed. minors and juveniles. The meeting ended with a joint viewing of a video about the education of students at the Faculty of Law of NAU, as well as the activities of its structural units, including departments.
On January 21, 2022, associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Veronika Oleshchenko held a career guidance event for students of 11-A class of Zhytomyr City Humanitarian Gymnasium №23 them. M. Ochereta on the topic "The importance of law in our lives." The moderator of the event identified the role of law in public relations and gave examples of the functioning of legal relations in everyday life. The main attention is also paid to the status of persons with incomplete civil capacity, in particular, the basic rights and responsibilities of such citizens, the limits of their responsibilities under current law.
On January 24 and 26, 2022, a lecturer by Yulia Beluga, a senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, conducted a lecture for high school students on secondary schools 70270 and №119 in the Desnianskyi district of Kyiv on “Say No to Bad Habits”. The information about the negative effects of nicotine and alcohol on the human body made everyone think and make important decisions in their lives in order to introduce a healthy lifestyle, maintain and strengthen physical and mental health.
A successful future requires changes in approaches to career guidance, new tools and practices for conscious career choices and career development. The task of the management of the Faculty of Law is to create an effective system of career guidance so that young people in general secondary education institutions make a conscious and balanced choice of profession in the future.
