On 24 December 2021, Georgiy Menshikov, Law Faculty stakeholder and practicing lawyer of the Law Firm "Lawyer's House", held a master class for higher education applicants on "Procedures for Providing Legal Services through Digital Technology".
In his speech, Georgy Menshikov focused on the organization of legal consulting "Lawyer's House", analyzed a range of changes and additions to security measures on the Internet, and offered his vision of ways to overcome modern shortcomings of legal management using Legal-Tech and other digital technologies.
Presenting the modern YURKO platform, which optimizes the procedure for finding clients of law firms, the practicing lawyer revealed the networking procedure as an invaluable component of the legal business organization and a mechanism for creating a legal ecosystem for providing services. "Legal management improves its efficiency through online consultations. This way of optimising activities is a means of operating through JURCO. Digital technologies in law today are great helpers in a lawyer's activity, because they give only quality content for the legal field through access to a colossal practice", said the lawyer.
Summing up the event, Georgy Menshikov pointed out that national jurisprudence and legislation is currently imperfect and therefore legal consultancy requires modern methods of implementation through the organisation of training camps for lawyers as a form of internship, with the aim of further ecosystem of legal consultancy.
