On December 21, 2021, the Research Centre for Anti-Corruption Activities in the Transport and Aerospace Sphere of the Faculty of Law conducted a training "Modern conditions for training law enforcement officers in the field of anti-corruption".
The event was attended by research and teaching staff of the Faculty of Law and applicants for higher education 2nd year specialty 081 "Law". Kateryna Hryshchenko, an analyst at the DEJURE Foundation, spoke at the training, focusing on legal education and the fight against corruption, and identifying corrupt practices in higher legal education.

Effective anti-corruption efforts require not only a change in the common perception that corruption is a "normal phenomenon", but also that corruption can perform a number of important functions. Therefore, those who carry out anti-corruption reforms should ask themselves what functions corruption performs", - Kateryna Hryshchenko stressed.
Summing up the training, the speaker invited participants to actively participate in the discussion of anti-corruption policy in higher education, identify key issues that make it impossible or significantly difficult to achieve the main goals and objectives of anti-corruption reform, development of anti-corruption institutions, improvement of legal institutions and mechanisms. etc.
