On November 23, 2021, as part of the study on the subject "Economic Process", graduates of the Faculty of Law joined an online meeting with the Deputy Director of a separate structural unit of the State Enterprise "Information Judicial Systems" "Center for Forensic Science and Expert Research" Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Nadezhda Armash.
Discussing with higher education students the topic "The procedure of forensic examination and its importance", Nadezhda Armash noted that forensic science is an independent scientific field, which developed a general theory and determined its place in the system of scientific knowledge as a means of proof in the economic process.
"Forensic examination in the economic process is appointed only in the case of a real need for special knowledge, in the other words in the case when the expert's opinion can not be replaced by other means of proof. Therefore, forensic examination plays an important role in the economic process, namely in the process of proving the circumstances of the persons involved in the case, to substantiate their claims and objections. The expert's opinion is not final and binding but is examined by the court on an equal footing with other evidence in the case. The substantiation of the need to conduct a relevant forensic examination, as well as the issues that will be raised by the expert, deserves special attention," she said.
To improve theoretical knowledge in practice, Nadiya Armash invited students to industrial and professional practice at the State Enterprise "Information Judicial Systems" "Center for Forensic Science and Expert Research" of the State Judicial Administration.
