On November 24, 2021, the National Aviation University hosted an online Day of Professions at NAU on the Zoom platform, organized by the Institute for Educational Development together with the Faculty of Law for students in grades 9-11 and colleges in Kyiv and regions of Ukraine.
The purpose is to promote career guidance for young people and acquaint them with the peculiarities of the legal profession.
At the beginning of the meeting Iryna Sopilko, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, introduced the participants of the event and told about the structure of the faculty, organization of the educational process, also about learning opportunities for an English-language project.
Tetyana Petrovska, Director of the Center for Pre-Vocational Training and Gifted Students, informed high school students about various programs organized by the Institute for Educational Development, including student competitions, summer schools and preparatory courses.
Reports and presentation materials were also made by representatives of the departments of the Faculty of Law, who covered the practical aspects of the professional activities of lawyers, notaries, judges, civil servants and forensic scientists.
At the end of the event, the Executive Secretary of the Selection Committee of the Faculty of Law Lіudmуla Shapenko told high school students about the conditions of admission and study at the faculty, as well as the innovations of the admission campaign in 2022.
