Applicants discussed with a practitioner the specifics of selecting candidates for service in the National Police of Ukraine. According to Oleksandr Voitenko, before launching a new model of organizing the work of the National Police of Ukraine, a thorough analysis was conducted, the operational situation was studied and the burden on each police officer was determined. Police stations are divided into two types: one has investigative and criminal investigation units in the state, and the other has inquiry and preventive services.
