Students of the Faculty of Law Vladyslava Krutas and Kateryna Chaika took part in the competition for the best scientific work among students and young scientists, timed to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The competition was held from July 1 to August 31, 2021, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine together with the Council of Young Scientists. 90 scientific developments of students and young scientists from all regions of Ukraine were accepted for participation in the scientific tournament. They addressed topical issues of development of constitutional and legal regulation in Ukraine.
Vladyslava Krutas, a student of the PR-403B group, investigated the relationship between the rule of law and the rule of act in her scientific work. Kateryna Chaika, a student of the PR-404B group, analyzed the problems of establishing and developing the constitutional and legal foundations for the administration of justice in Ukraine.
Scientific works were evaluated by 19 experts in accordance with the nominations: "Constitutional and legal regulation of legal relations in Ukraine"; "Historical Studies of Constitutionalism"; "Theoretical and methodological foundations of constitutionalism."
On September 30, 2021, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine hosted an award ceremony for the three winners of the competition. Participants Vladyslava Krutas and Kateryna Chaika received certificates in the nominations "Constitutional and legal regulation of legal relations in Ukraine" and "Theoretical and methodological foundations of constitutionalism."
