In October 2021, students of the Faculty of Law (group PR-201) together with I. Ustynova, an associate professor of the Department of constitutional and administrative law, visited the Administrative Cassation Courtin the Supreme Court. The main goal of the event was to improve the understanding of the role of the judicial system in the study of the discipline "Administrative Procedural Law of Ukraine".
One of the purposes of the visit is to interact with the professional legal community and consolidate theoretical knowledge in combination with the practical component related to the procedure (stage) of court proceedings in accordance with procedural law, study of procedural actions of judges committed during court proceedings.
The court outlined the procedural aspects of the judicial body, the main stages of its development, the history of its formation, the functional purpose of the Grand Chamber in the light of modern changes, the peculiarities of the judiciary at the present stage of state formation. Students were also acquainted with the activities of structural units of the court, registration and automated distribution of cases.
The future lawyers visited the courtrooms and viewed the Museum's exposition, which covers various periods in the recent history of the Supreme Court and includes the most important monuments of history, historical documents, memorable gifts representing the Supreme Court's relations with foreign countries.
