One of the areas of cooperation of higher education institutions, provided by the Regulations on accreditation of educational programs, which ensure training for higher education, is the involvement of leading specialists of institutions (stakeholders) to conduct classes at the University and the stakeholder institution. To achieve this goal, on October 23, 2021, the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law organized a meeting for 2nd year students with Roman Kuhar, a representative of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, 2016 graduate of NAU.
During the lecture on the subject "Rules and regulations to public service officers", the lawyer-practitioner spoke about the peculiarities of the civil service, in particular, the procedure for competitive selection for civil service positions, the procedure for evaluating the results of official activities and promotion of civil servants. Answering the questions of future lawyers, Roman Kuhar shared his own experience in choosing a profession and determining the necessary guidelines for the successful work of a lawyer.
Cooperation with stakeholders allows to solve the main problem of professional training of future specialists in the field of jurisprudence: to combine its theoretical and practical components. Future lawyers gain invaluable practical experience with the help of mentors - employees of stakeholder institutions. As for cooperation with the academic community, it allows to solve objectively, by joint efforts the problems that arise in the process of reforming higher education and ensuring its quality.
