Experience of scientific and pedagogical work - 16 years..
In 2003 he graduated from the Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport named after P. Konashevich-Sagaidachny with a degree in Law. In 2008 he graduated with a master's degree from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the same specialty. He began his teaching career in 2004 as a teacher at the Kyiv Optical-Mechanical Technical School.
In 2010 he defended his dissertation on the specialty 07/21/05. "Service and combat activities of law enforcement agencies (legal sciences)" on the topic "Legal risk in the service and combat activities of law enforcement agencies." In 2015, by the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, he received the academic title of associate professor. In 2016 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Laws in the specialty 12.00.07 of administrative law and procedure; finance law; information law on "Organizational and legal principles of public safety". In May 2020, by decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, he received the academic title of professor.
From 2005 to 2015 he worked at the Kyiv Vocational Pedagogical College named after A. Makarenko as a teacher of law, a teacher of the highest category.
From September 1, 2015 to September 3, 2018 he worked at the National Aviation University as acting Head of the Department of Economic Law and Process and Professor of the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law of NNUI NAU.
On September 4, 2018, he was appointed Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law.
State University of Infrastructure and Technology. From September 1, 2021 he was appointed head of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Legal Department of public educational institutions.
On September 10, 2021, he was appointed Professor of Economic, Air and Space Law at NAU (part-time).
Author of more than 150 scientific and scientific-methodical works on the problems of administrative, economic, air, space and transport law. Among them are the monograph "Public Security: Organizational and Legal Principles" and the textbook "Administrative Law of Ukraine" with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, lecture notes "International Space Law".
