To promote the development of legal education in Ukraine and within the framework of cooperation of the Faculty of Law with the Kyiv Court of Appeal, on September 27, 2021, fourth-year students met with Judge Tamila Pisana.
A well-experienced judge introduced law students to a work of the court, its structure, and specifics of the work of the Kyiv Court of Appeal revealed the peculiarities of consideration of civil cases on inheritance in general and intellectual property rights in particular.
To improve the professional training of future specialists, Tamila Pysana invited students to visit the Kyiv Court of Appeal and take part in open court hearings when considering civil cases.
Such events contribute to the formation of highly professional skills and abilities among future specialists in jurisprudence. Also, they help to develop a high level of legal consciousness and legal culture among students.
