On June 24, 2021, at the Faculty of Law of NAU, an open final meeting of student scientific groups "Topical Issues of Civil Law" and "Topical Issues of Intellectual Property Law" of the Civil Law and Trial Department was held.
The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department and students of the faculty took part in the event. At the final meeting of the scientific group reports of 2-4 year students of the Faculty of Law were heard, the topics of which were devoted to the problems of protection of copyright and patent rights, the specifics of protecting relevant objects, as well as issues of the status of individuals and legal entities as subjects of civil law, legal regulation of hereditary relations, protection of property rights and the rights of participants in contractual and non-contractual obligations.
When discussing the work of scientific groups, their leaders - associate professors of the Civil Law and Trial Department, Ph.D. V. Filinovych and Ph.D. B. Shcherbina acquainted those present with the results of the scientific activities of the group, summed up the work for the 2020-2021 academic year and identified the best scientific works of the participants, recommended them for publication in scientific journals, including in the Legal Bulletin "Air and Space Law" and in collections of international scientific conferences.
