On April 27, 2021, as part of career guidance work, senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Iryna Varava together with 1st year students of the Faculty of Law Andriy Senchenko, Diana Ptytsya, Nadezhda Zakharchuk and Pavel Yakovenko conducted online classes for highschool students. Education of Stavyshche village, Bila Tserkva district, Kyiv region on the topic "Civic legal awareness and legal culture of youth in the conditions of development of the Ukrainian state".
The event, which took place to form the younger generation's legal world view, skills of self-realization and self-education as necessary components of progressive legal development of the individual, as well as increasing interestin legal knowledge and the level of legal culture in general, was attended by 95 high school students and teachers of general secondary education of I-III degrees – law lyceum »№2 of. O.S. Palansky and Educational Complex in Stavyshche "comprehensive school of I-III degrees – pedagogical lyceum" №1.
During the lesson, students in the reports revealed the development of the rule of law and the formation of civil society in Ukraine; focused on the problems of educating modern youth to respect the law and the legal values protected by it, the impact of the active civic position of the younger generation on the social processes of today and over coming legal illiteracy and legal nihilism.
