During January 15-19, 2021 to implement the Plan of educational work of the Faculty of Law for 2020-2021 academic year. in the training laboratory of methodical support of the educational process by the department of economic, air and space law the thematic exhibition "Legal regulation of business activity of small and medium business subjects" was held.

The urgency of the exhibition is due to significant transformational processes of small and medium enterprises, the introduction of new approaches to state regulation of small and medium business, the need for legislative assistance to involve small and medium enterprises, as well as creating a competitive environment and favorable investment, innovation. and tax regimes in the context of Ukraine's European integration aspirations.

During the exhibition students got acquainted with textbooks, manuals, monographs, periodicals, which cover issues of organizational and legal principles and mechanisms of state regulation of development and functioning of small and medium business, which will certainly improve their knowledge and efficiency of teaching and research. work.

At the end of the event, representatives of the department organized a meeting of students with a specialist in financial law, associate professor of financial law at the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Ph.D. Anatoliy Gavrilishin, who highlighted the practical aspects of legal regulation of investment and tax regimes for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine and the EU.
