On the 21st of January in 2021, in the context of cooperation of the Faculty of Law with graduates and stakeholders under the assistance of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, an open legal lecture was conducted on the theme “Innovations in juridical practice: experience and prospects”.

Georgy Menshykov, a practicing lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, a managing partner of “Global Deal Law” Law Firm, joined the participation in this educational event, organized via videoconference for the 2nd-4th year law students, and paid great attention to modern innovations and popular practices in the juridical business.

The topical theme and the interesting lecture, which brought together more than 70 students and research-teaching staff of the faculty, helped participants to receive practical advice on improving the educational process, in particular by introducing a dual form of education for higher legal education affairs.

The discussion of the legal practice development in Ukraine resulted in a preliminary agreement on a memorandum of cooperation between the Faculty of Law and “Global Deal Law” Law Firm, within which it will be possible for future lawyers to undergo internships, as well as other joint activities in the field of science, education, and the human rights activity.
