November 20, 2020, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian conference of young scientists and students “Aero-2020. Air and Space Law ", the Department of Civil Law and Process of the Faculty of Law held a panel discussion" Innovations in the aviation sector and the problems of modern civil law" by videoconference with the participation of the co-founder of the Cyber Security Academy CSA, Vladimir Svanadze, as well as scientific and pedagogical workers and students of the faculty.
During the panel discussion, they discussed the practical aspects of the legal regulation of the production agreement, copyright infringement and the liability for this; problems of violation of procedural rights in the process of civil proceedings; prospects for reforming the state system of the legal protection of intellectual property; topical issues in the field of remote operation and the implementation of the right to individualization means in the current state of their legal protection.
The conclusions of the scientific reports heard made it possible to formulate theoretical and practical recommendations for the implementation of an innovative concept in the aviation sector, as well as to determine promising directions for the development of domestic civil law. The participants in the discussion concluded that it is necessary to use the provisions of research in scientific activity, which directly contribute to the preparation of scientific articles, printed and electronic editions of textbooks, manuals, other research, teaching, and information materials based on the results of scientific developments.
