On June 19, 2020, the well-known lawyer-practitioner Leonid Belkin conducted an online lecture-training with the 2nd year students on “Peculiarities of resolving public disputes in the field of taxation”. This event was organized and conducted by Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of the Faculty of Law of National Aviation University in cooperation with leading lawyers in the training of applicants for higher education special 081 “Law”.
During the lecture, the students had the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of the courts, the peculiarities of resolving public disputes in the field of taxation, delimitation of the jurisdiction of commercial and administrative courts to resolve tax disputes, to learn the relevant case-law of the European Court of Human Rights.
The lesson contributed to the additional consolidation of knowledge acquired as a result of studying the basic subjects “Administrative Law”, “Fundamentals of European Union Law”, and also served to generate students’ interest in studying the subjects of the 3rd year of their education.
