On May 14, 2020, within the framework of the III International Youth Scientific Legal Forum, dedicated to the Day of Science, the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of Law Faculty organized and held a workshop on topic “Financial planning, preparation for crisis situations. Financial health protection under the conditions of pandemic, critical situations and their consequences”.

The workshop was conducted online on the Google Meet platform by professional experts in the field of insurance by representatives of the International Insurance Company “MetLife” Galina Shotropa – director, broker of the insurance company in Ukraine, Yuri Volosov – financial consultant, lecturer of presentations, trainings, seminars. 120 representatives of students, scientific and pedagogical staff of National Aviation University took an active part in the video conference mode. The guests-speakers highlighted the issues of social and health insurance in combination with the prospects and opportunities to build a financial business taking into account the crisis in general, and the current pandemic in particular. Separately, the experts focused on peculiarities of the insurance market under the conditions of COVID-19 in Ukraine, Europe and Asia, as well as on advantages and disadvantages of the work of insurance brokers online.

The experts answered questions from students and scientific and pedagogical staff of the faculty, wished future graduates success in mastering the future profession of a lawyer, including in the field of insurance, and agreed to continue fruitful cooperation with Law Faculty of National Aviation University.
