On November 21, 2019 in National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, the third scientific and practical conference “Internet of things: problems of legal regulation and implementation” was held.
Leading experts and scientists of scientific institutions and educational establishments, representatives of state bodies and public organizations took part in the event.
The following representatives of Law Faculty of NAU also actively participated: professor of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department Yuri Kuniev and students.
During the conference the following issues were considered: implementation and use of technologies of the Internet of things in different spheres of social activity; legal aspects of risks and barriers to the introduction of technologies of the Internet of things; problems of legal regulation under the conditions of use of technologies of Internet of things, in particular, using artificial intelligence, robotics, crypto currencies, block chain technologies, “cloud” technologies, “big data”, etc., as well as the issues of innovative use of ICT in legal activity and the problems of improving legislation on issues of information, telecommunications, use of radio frequency resource, protection of personal data, infrastructure security, cyber security, etc.
The reports of the participants of the conference may be useful for specialists in the fields of lawmaking, implementation of law and law enforcement activity, specialists in various branches of law, scientific and pedagogical workers and applicants for higher education.
