November 14, 2019, the Department of Civil Law and Process of the Law Faculty Process held a scientific-practical seminar on the topic: “Actual Problems of Civil Law”. The seminar was attended by representatives of higher educational institutions and state organizations, among which: Sergey Gubarev - assistant professor of the Department of special legal disciplines of the Educational and Scientific Humanitarian Institute of the Taurida National University named after V.I. Vernadsky; Leonid Zholondievsky - Senior Lecturer, Department of Civil Law and Process, National Academy of Internal Affairs; Andriy Shabalin - Senior Researcher, Center for Legal Support for the Development of Science and Technology, Scientific Research Institute of Intellectual Property of NAPRN of Ukraine Anna Bagirova - chairman of the law firm "International Law Firm" Eduard Bagirov and Partners ", lawyer; Anna Digtyarenko - chief specialist of the Department for the Prevention of Political Corruption of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption; Svetlana Nevenchannaya - teacher, certified art therapist, art coach; Elena Tantsyura - certified art therapist, author and developer of an innovative professional tool for the work of psychologists, art therapists. During the scientific-practical seminar, the problems of the realization of personal non-property rights of the employee, legal regulation and the use of electronic court were discussed. Special attention was paid to the functions of procedural legal facts in civil proceedings, the development of legislation regarding the social and legal status of self-employed persons in Ukraine, the establishment of the content of the labor function as a criterion for distinguishing between the subjects of an employment contract and civil contracts. At the end of the event, Elena Tantsyura and Svetlana Nevenchannaya held a master class on the topic: "Innovative methods for the prevention of professional emotional burnout of teachers of higher legal institutions". According to the results of the scientific and methodological seminar, it was proposed to involve experts in the field of legislative work, lawyers in such events, to carry out further research on topical issues of civil law by studying relevant modern scientific work, judicial practice, professional development, and internships in specialized institutions. |
