During November 2019, associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty of Law Svіtlana Нolovko conducted thematic discussions with senior pupils of the gymnasium No. 178 of Kyiv on the topic: «Legal and political culture of a person» and pupils of the specialized school No. 2 of Kyiv named after D. Karbyshev on the topic: «Constitutional rights and obligations of person and citizen». These career guidance measures were aimed at familiarizing pupils with their rights and obligations, enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine, the main components of legal and political culture of modern society. During the discussions, they discussed the features of the legal profession in independent Ukraine, the question of citizens' obligations to comply with the laws of Ukraine in accordance with the principle of the rule of law of the equality of all before the law. The aim of the events was to prepare senior pupils of secondary schools for a conscious choice of future educational and professional activities, to familiarize themselves with the wide capabilities of the National Aviation University in providing individual requests for future applicants for their further educational and professional activities, and the features of the vocational training system at the Faculty of Law. |
