November 26, 2012 the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of Law Institute was held scientific and practical seminar on the topic "Ways of improving the criminal procedure law relating to the limitation of constitutional rights human and citizen in criminal proceedings."
In Scientific and Practice Seminar was attended by: Myhaylo Kolos - PhD in Law, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Vitaliy Popovych - PhD in Law, head the department of national security, defense, law enforcement and combating crime of Chief Scientific -expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Vlolodymyr Myslyvy - Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of Science Interregional financial and legal academy; Nataliya Blazhivska - Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, Kateryna Voitenko - attorney; Oleksander Ostrovsky - deputy head the management of tax police STS in the Kiev region; representatives of the Directorate Institute, scientific and pedagogical workers and students. In this event discussed the problem of legal status of undercover investigations in accordance with the new criminal procedure law, the impact of the new criminal procedural legislation in the criminal legislation in Ukraine, by providing unconditional execution of court decisions and a number of issues which are new to the national legal system.
