In October 2019, students of academic groups PR-105 and PR-206, accompanied by their tutor Oksana Myronets, visited the Memorial Complex of Eternal Glory. The students learned that the complex was opened in honor of the victims of World War II and the fighting for the liberation of Kyiv. It consists of 35 military burials on the Heroes Alley and a monument with eternal fire on the tomb of an unknown soldier. In honor of the thirtieth anniversary of the Victory, the Alley of Hero Cities was formed. Famous architects V. Baklanov, A. Miletsky, L. Novikov and a sculptor I. Pershudchev became the creators of the monumental immortalization of the undying feat of those who died during the war. Walking through the autumn park, future lawyers reflected on the greatness of the actions of the heroic liberators, who at the cost of their lives provided the opportunity for our peaceful present, for which we must always be deeply grateful. |
