The faculty of law trains highly qualified specialists. Full implementation of training involves the use of a set of modern educational and methodical publications. One of the effective methods of teaching is the use of reference lecture notes.
Lecture notes are published on such academic disciplines: "Ensuring human and civil rights in the Internet space" (Sopilko I.M., Proskura G.M.), "Theory of the state" (Pilgun N.V.), "Scientific bases of lawmaking and legal technique" (Kalyuzhny R.A., Shapenko L.A.), "Family law" (Timush I.S.), "Private International law" (Vyshnovetskaya S.V., Korneev Yu.V.), "Legal system of the European Union" (Pivovar J.I., Radziwill O.A.), "State (constitutional) law of foreign countries" (Gusar O.A., Tolkacheva I.A.).
Also issued lecture notes in English on such academic disciplines: "The history of state and law of Ukraine" (I.M. Sopilko, S.G. Holovko, K.Yu. Vodolaskova), "Organization of judicial and law enforcement authorities" (N.V. Maliarchuk), "Prosecution of Ukraine" (N.O. Semchuk).
The basis of the teaching system with the help of basic lecture notes is a combination of three principles of classical pedagogy, which ensure success in the teaching system: accessibility, affordability, visibility.
