On September 9, 2019, a general meeting of the labor collective was held at the Faculty of Law.
The staff of the Faculty with the annual report for the period 2018-2019 academic year was addressed by Dean Irina Sopilko. Among the issues highlighted were the achievement of the Law Faculty over the academic year, in particular, a considerable number of scientific publications, both by teaching staff and students, by the international cooperation of the Law Faculty with 12 countries, such as the USA, China, Sweden, Slovenia, Georgia, Turkey and others, which result in the signing of cooperation agreements, increasing the internships of more than 10 scientific and pedagogical staff, joint research, in which both students and scientific and pedagogical staff can participate. The Dean of the Faculty noted the special success of students in scientific work, as evidenced by the receipt of nominal scholarships and a considerable number of winners.
Oksana Bilous, Head of the Higher Education Quality Monitoring Department of NAU, took part in the general meeting of the labor collective, which drew the attention of the Faculty staff to accreditation of educational programs through NAQAHE according to new requirements. The issue of establishing cooperation with stakeholders was considered as a necessary condition for ensuring the quality of the educational process.
According to the results of the meeting, key prospects of scientific and educational cooperation were formed: participation of students in joint summits and conferences, opportunities for active cooperation in the field of student self-government, gaining additional specialty, etc.
