On June 11, 2019, within the framework of the program of professional studying practice students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Law led by the Associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Svitlana Golovko visited the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The event was held by Tatyana Morar, a state expert of the Legal Awareness Expert Group of the Directorate for Human Rights, access to justice and legal awareness of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. She focused on the work of the Ministry of Justice and creation of the Directorate for Human Rights, access to justice and legal awareness.
Yaroslav Polishchuk, a state expert of the human rights expert group of the Directorate, informed the students about the identification of the main areas of protection of rights and activities within the framework of the project "I HAVE RIGHTS!", Monitoring and evaluating the results of the implementation of state policy in the field of legal awareness of the nation.
Holding such events increase the level of legal culture of students, give them the opportunity to see the work of the executive branch of government and form an opinion on their future in the legal profession.
