On May 17, 2019, in the framework of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference on the Day of Science "Youth Scientific Legal Forum", the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law held a workshop "Teamwork of a lawyer-manager in the field of insurance".

The workshop is carried out by professional insurance experts, representatives of an international insurance company with 150 years of experience in operating in countries around the world. Stanislav Durach is a director and co-founder of the insurance company MetLife in Ukraine and Yuri Volosov, a leading manager, lecturer of presentations, trainings, seminars.

The speakers discussed the issues of social and legal direction with the financial mechanisms for ensuring the realization of the constitutional rights of citizens for proper and decent medical, pension insurance. Separate experts paid attention to the formation of skills and abilities of team work, demonstrated the basic principles, forms and methods of such work in international organizations, outlined the professional requirements for staff and the benefits of employees who possess the competence of legal education.

The invited guests answered the questions of the students and scientific and pedagogical staff of the faculty and wished success in the field of preparation of professional lawyers for various branches of economy, including in the field of insurance, and also offered cooperation with the Law Faculty of the National Aviation University, acting as a base for passing various types of educational student practice.
