On February 22, 2019, the winners of the 2nd annual creative works contest "10 steps of the prosecutor's office to overcome corruption", organized by the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, took place in the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office.
Competition of creative works among students studying in the "Law" specialty is being held for the second year in a row. This year, 55 students participated in this study, which sent interesting studies to the prosecutor's office and expressed their views on the processes of reforming the prosecutor's office.
Congratulating the students on the victory in the competition, Roman Govda, the Kyiv City Attorney, noticed that not only did the right ideas be expressed in the works, but also a creative approach to their implementation into practical activity.
Sent works was assessed according to such criteria as the proper level of legal knowledge, novelty, relevance, creativity, as well as the ability to translate student ideas into the practice of prosecutors.
The second year among the winners of the competition is the 2nd year student of the Faculty of Law of the National Aviation University Kateryna Myrovskaya (scientific adviser - candidate of science, associate professor, associate professor of the department of criminal law and process Iryna Litvinova).
At the end of the ceremony, Roman Govda thanked students for interesting ideas and suggestions on improving the work of the prosecutor's office and awarded the winners with diplomas.
