October 25, 2012 for students of Masters 502 Group held an open lecture by Head of department of the problems in criminal law, criminology and judiciary system of the Institute of State and Law V.M Koretskogo, National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Oleksander Kostenko.He familiarized the students to the legal theory of naturalism, analyzed modern criminal law, problems of criminalization and decriminalization in the world's of current requirements of the legal system of Ukraine. Considered the following sources of international law such as Blackstone Commentary to the criminal laws of Great Britain and modern standards in the field of human rights. Lecture Alexander Kostenko gave students the opportunity to rethink a new theory of criminal law in Ukraine and use new ideas when preparing dissertations.
