On March 22, 2019, students of the PR-103 together with mentor Anna Rybikova took part in the next professional meeting, where they honored the outstanding judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.Many warm words were said in remembrance of the prominent Ukrainian scholar-lawyer Leonid Yuzkov, who began the history of the formation of one of the most fundamental institutions of modern Ukraine. As a man extremely talented, responsive and wise, he left a good name and bright memories of himself. Leonid Yuzkov, the vice-director of the scientific work of the Institute of State and Law of the name of VM, told about the vital and creative milestones of the biography of Leonid Yuzkov. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Oleksandr Skrypnuk. Professor Leonid Yuzhkov, Doctor of Constitutional Democracy, told the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in retirement, Vladimir Kampo. Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Taurida National University named after V. Vernadsky, Olena Vyglovskaya spoke about the role and significance of the educational activities of Professor Petr Martynenko in the formation of modern Ukrainian constitutionalism, the rule of law and human rights. Igor Yatsenko, the lawyer, told about his life, Stanislav Yatsenko, his son. "As long as a person is alive, alive and remembering," the lawyer noted, adding that in the memory of outstanding people, their scientific developments, which were an important part of their lives, remain. During the event, students of the Faculty of Law had the opportunity to make their own conclusions about the role of the Person in the formation of constitutionalism in Ukraine.
