On March 20, 2019, the Department of Civil Law and Process of the Law Faculty held a scientific and methodological seminar on the topic "Features of the development of higher education in modern conditions".

Nelya Lebed, trainer of social and psychological training, facilitator, Ph.D. in psychological sciences, co-founder of the T-Update training center, associate professor at the Department of Practical Psychology at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, team coordinator and trainer of the Leadership Potential Program for the Development of Ukrainian Universities (British Council, Institute of Higher Education of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine);
Alla Smorodina, a post-graduate student of Institute of State and Law. V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
Alla Yaroshenko, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the Social Policy Department of the Faculty of Social Economics and Management of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.
The event was also attended by students of FTML NAU Anastasia Goncharenko and Alexander Eliseev.
The event promoted the following issues: - - General trends in the development of higher education in modern conditions; - actualization of higher education as one of the most important factors of personality formation in society and systematization of the need to comply with a certain level of development of society, its basic cultural values; - integration of education in the international community, in international projects and cooperation with international organizations.
According to the results of the work of the scientific and methodological seminar, the participants made conclusions regarding the implementation of further research into the problems of improving and adapting higher education in Ukraine to modern realities.
