On March 16, 2019, the Law Faculty hosted the Open Doors Day.
Dean of the Faculty of Law Iryna Sopilko advised entrants on the peculiarities of admission and conditions of study at the faculty, the main areas in which students of lawyers are trained, opportunities to study in English-language projects, etc.
Upon receipt of the information, all interested persons were invited to the Hearing of Hearings, where students, under the direction of the Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and the process of Yulia Lancedova, held a judicial debate on criminal cases in which they demonstrated their skills and acquired knowledge.
After the court session, they felt that the forensic students were able to study at the forensic science laboratory. Head of the Forensic Laboratory Liliya Grekova and students of the Law Firm Iryna Borisova, Anna Popelnukh and Irina Romanovich told the senior pupils about the judicial ballistics - a section of forensic technology, which studies firearms, ammunition and traces of their actions in the context of the investigation of crimes, and also gave advice and practical assistance on the fingerprint examination (fingerprinting) and compilation of photo work.
At the end of the event, the staff and students of the Faculty of Law wished the applicants successful in drawing up the EIT and perseverance in achieving the dreamed.
