March 1, 2019 in the hall of the Academic Council of NAU with the participation of leading domestic and foreign legal specialists - scientists, diplomatic structures, government and public figures, managers and specialists of legal institutions, judges held the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Jurisprudence in the modern information space".
During the opening of the scientific event, NAU Rector Vladimir Isaenko drew attention to the development of education and science in the information society and stressed that the information society provides education with a different meaning, fundamentally changes the emphasis of learning technology, puts forward demands of innovativeness and creativity to its representatives. Dean of the Faculty of Law Irina Sopilko noted that lawyers, scholars and practicing lawyers have all the necessary knowledge and capabilities to translate the request for the changes we all need for us related to the development of the information space and expressed the hope that with the help of information and communication technologies for the implementation of the results of scientific achievements in the educational process, for the broad involvement of students in scientific activities, for the dissemination and popularization of the results of scientific s research scientists and their entry into the market of the world scientific community.
The conference was attended by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine Marius Janukonis, military attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine Ilgar Ageyev. In their speeches, the diplomats noted that cooperation with embassies will continue to promote scientific and educational communications, free and unhindered online access to scientific and educational materials.
People's Deputy of Ukraine Irina Suslova noted that the information and legal activities are implemented through the implementation of legislative functions and is to improve legislation, participate in the development of draft regulations and systematize legislation. The Chairman of the Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Mikhail Smokovich, drew attention to how judicial proceedings are changing today under the influence of digital progress. The judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Mikhail Hultay noted the importance of information technology in the judicial profession.

In general, 360 scientists, representatives of diplomatic structures and lawyers from 25 countries of the world, 19 regions of Ukraine took part in the International Conference. Thanks to the work of the conference, a constructive dialogue and exchange of achievements took place, which is an important step towards overcoming crisis phenomena in a difficult period of reform. all spheres of public life, which contributes to the development of the information space.
