On December 13, 2018, a Senior Lecturer of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of Educational and Research Law Institute Oksana Myronets organized an indicative court session with the participation of foreign students for the consideration of the case on an administrative offence.
Participants of the event were: the Federal Republic of Nigeria (a student of Educational and Research Institute of Airports Muonaka Nzubechi Reginal – the judge of the court in the administrative legal case), the Republic of Ghana (a student of Educational and Research Institute of Airports Stephen Asare Ntow - the side of the administrative legal case), Egypt (the students of Educational and Research Institute of Airports: Sosai Anthony Livingston - the lawyer of the administrative legal case, Mohammed Rameen Misskin – policeman of the administrative legal case, Mohamed Aya - the witness of the administrative legal, the students of Education and Research Aerospace Institute: Hammouda Abdallah Tarek - the side of the administrative legal case and Adly Ahmed Nasser - the policeman of the administrative legal case, as well as a student of the Educational and Research Institute of Computer Information Technologies Hammouda Zainab Tarek - the witness of the administrative legal case), Ukraine (a student of Educational and Research Institute of Law, Shykeriava Daryna – the secretary of the court in the administrative legal case).
The students skillfully and in a very interesting manner showed the hearing in the administrative legal case, and at the end of the event they have been awarded with diplomas.
