On November 16, 2018, associate professors of the Department of Criminal Law and the Process of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute Nazar Malyarchuk and Iryna Litvinova took part in a scientific and methodological seminar on the topic "Contemporary Concepts of Evidence and Evidence in the Legal Process of the Near Abroad and its Impact on the Formation of a Common Judicial Practice" , which took place at the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
