On October 22, 2018, the lecturer on the topic "Actual issues of private notary activity in Ukraine" was conducted by associate professor of the department of criminal law and the process of the the Educational and Research Institute of Law Nazar Malyarchuk together with the student of the academic group 404 Tatiana Lukashenko in the Lyceum No. 198 ECO Kyiv.

"In independent Ukraine, the role, significance, authority of notary bodies are constantly growing, which is conditioned by new economic relations, the emergence of private ownership of means of production, and land. This led to the evolution of mandatory law, the emergence of new agreements and contracts previously unknown to the practice of notarial production, complicated their certificates, "Nazar Malyarchuk noted.

Also, the lecturer drew attention to the question of registration of private notary activities, obtaining a certificate for notarial activities, outlined separate aspects of the activities of a private notary and the procedure for suspending notary activities.

In addition, Tatyana Lukashenko told students about the benefits of studying at the Law and Teaching Law Institute, and also invited everyone to join one of the world's leading institutions of higher education - the National Aviation University.
