On September 27, 2018, the qualifying round "Miss of ESIL -2019" at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law was held.

The qualifying round included the following assessment criteria: to be a student ESIL of full-time education, to be able to walk on heels and have communicative skills. The members of the jury were: Anastasia Gunko - the head of the Student Council of ESIL ; Olga Buzun - Miss ESIL 2017, organizer of the contest "Miss of ESIL -2019"; Glib Grabovsky - the head of TOSA; Kristina Tekedzhanova - chairman of the Profburo ESIL ; Ivanna Koval - organizer of the contest "Miss of ESIL -2019".

Among all representatives such participants were selected: Ivanna Gibalyuk (L-101), Bogdana Starenchenko (L-105), Maria Stupak (L-201), Polina Serdyuk (L-201), Irina Melnichuk (L-302), Victoria Martynova (L-401).
