On September 18th, 2018 students of the Educational and Research Institute of Law visited the Main Territorial Department of Justice in the Kiev and took part in open doors day, which was conducted with the view of career guidance, and familiarization youth with executive branch of government.

During the action, specialists of structural divisions of the Main Department of Justice, with the help of presentation videos and newsletters, introduced future lawyers to the peculiarities of the work in different locations. In particular, the directions of notary, the state executive service, the Office of Personnel, the Office of Legal and International cooperation, the Office of Financial and Logistics, the Department of State Registration and the Departments of State Registration of Civil Status Acts, the Office of Legal Acts, legal work, legal education, etc.

Also students got the chance to try certify the power of attorney of the notary, find out about the peculiarities of registration of community organizations and print media, take part in legal quizzes.

At the end of the event, a “Vacancies Fair” was held for students, where each participant had the opportunity to leave his application form for Personnel management with contacts and the desire directions of internship or future profession.
