On June 21, 2018 associate professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of Educational and Scientific Law Institute Iryna Tolkachova participated in the Scientific and Practical Conference on topic: “Сonstitutional human and citizen rights and guarantees of their ensuring” which was held in V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law.

This event, dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine, was organized by National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of NAS of Ukraine.
Opening speeches were given at the scientific event by director of V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of NAS of Ukraine, academician of NAS of Ukraine Shemshuchenko I.S., Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Shevchuk S.V., academician-secretary of History, Philosophy and Law Department of NAS of Ukraine, academician of NAS of Ukraine Smolii V.A. Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, scientists-jurists, lecturers of higher educational establishments, people’s deputies of Ukraine and representatives of bodies of state power of Ukraine participated in the work of the conference.
