On April 19, 2018, a scientific and methodical seminar on "Organization and conducting of classes on disciplines of the Department of Civil Law and Process" was held at the Educational and Scientific Law Institute.
The purpose of the event is to determine the optimal balance between legal knowledge and how they are applied during the lessons. Participation in the seminar was given by the scientific and pedagogical workers of such leading universities of Ukraine as: T. Shevchenko Kyiv National University, the Institute of State and Law of the. V. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, M.P. Drahomanov National Pedagogical University, V.A. Vernadsky Taurida National University, Kyiv National Linguistic University, Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, Educational and Scientific Law Institute of NAU. During the active discussion of the proposed topic, the participants of the seminar identified the main conceptual framework for ensuring the quality of teaching of the disciplines of the department, among which: activation of students' motivation to study, since knowledge is updated every 2 years, therefore the paradigm of "education for life" changes in the paradigm "Education throughout life "; ensuring the quality of conducting lessons through the implementation of internally subject and interdisciplinary connections of the department; use of methods of increasing the attention of students; combination of methods of collective and individual work with students. Only when performing the above-mentioned principles can be provided the quality of educational services. Such activities will ensure the quality of educational services provided to the main stakeholders of the educational process - applicants for higher education.
